Conference Registration Fee

The registration fee can be paid online before 11/25 or onsite during the conference hours. All the conference registration payment will be charged in currency of New Taiwan dollars.

National Sciences Council sponsored research presentation

If your presentation in OPTIC 2013 is associated with the research sponsored by National Sciences Council, Taiwan, please have your complete NSC research ID and title information ready to qualify the NSC sponsored conference registration fee.

Conference Registration Includes

Conference registration includes admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, and poster sessions, the Exhibition, Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks. The Banquet is included for all attendees except students sponsored by NSC.

Optional Special Events

Priced separately: Welcome Reception guest tickets NT$600.

Conference Onsite Registration

If you have to make onsite registration, wish to add a special event requiring payment, or have questions regarding your registration, visit the onsite registration area. Registration payments made by cash or credit card are accepted.

Payment Receipts and Certificate of Attendance

Preregistered attendees who did not receive a payment receipt or attendees who need a Certificate of Attendance may obtain those from the onsite registration area.

Refund Information

There is a NT$900 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for refunds must be received by 15 November 2013; all registration fees will be forfeited after this date.
